  • DIRECT THERAPY

During 1:1 teaching sessions, our therapists implement customized curriculum to address your child’s individualized needs. Through direct therapy, your child will develop social, motor, cognitive, language, adaptive, play, executive function, and academic skills while reducing challenging behaviors.

  • BCBA SUPERVISION

BCBA supervision is provided to our behavior technicians on a weekly basis. During supervision BCBA’s discuss progress, review goals, master goals, and add goals if needed. This is a great time for our team to discuss important matters.

  • PARENT/CAREGIVER TRAININGS

Our BCBAs partner with parents and caregivers to teach the foundational principles of ABA through monthly trainings and support. Through parent/caregiver training you’ll learn strategies to help instruct and educate your loved one. Caregiver trainings can be implemented virtually or in the home setting.

  • ADOS-2 EVALUATIONS

The Autism Diagnostic Observation Schedule is a valuable instrument when evaluating communication and socialization characteristics primarily associated with autism. The ADOS-2 is a semi-structured, standardized assessment of communication, social interaction, play, and restrictive/repetitive behaviors.

  • SCHOOL COLLABORATION & CONSULTATIONS

Our BCBAs collaborate with your child’s teachers, speech therapist, and anyone else involved in their educational decision making. Additionally, DART’s BCBA’s are experienced in attending ARD meetings to provide our families the support they need. We understand that consistency and progress go hand and hand.

  • SCHOOL OBSERVATIONS & SHADOWING

When permitted, our BCBA’s or therapists perform observations or provide extra support in the classroom setting. School observations are important for many reasons, such as tracking progress and generalization of skills learned across settings.
