Megan is the Founder and Director at DART. She is a wife, home chef, and Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Megan holds a Bachelor's degree in Speech, Language, and Hearing Sciences and a Master's degree in Early Childhood Education. Megan has worked in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) for 10 years as a therapist, parent trainer, and clinical supervisor. Megan is a PEERS certified instructor, a Crisis Prevention (CPI) instructor, trained in the Zones of Regulation, and certified in Picture Exchange Communication System (PECS) Level 1. 

Megan has supported individuals and their families with autism and related disabilities in school, home, and community settings. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, trying new recipes, and enjoying the outdoors with her husband, Ben, and black lab, Blue.
