Kate Miller supports Operations and Human Resources at DART, bringing more than a decade of experience across HR and operational leadership. Previously, she partnered closely with company teams to develop thoughtful, scalable systems that support staff, families, and the consistent delivery of high-quality care. 

At DART, Kate focuses on building and strengthening the operational foundation that enables clinical teams to deliver services effectively and consistently. Her approach emphasizes clarity, consistency, and long-term sustainability, ensuring behind-the-scenes processes grow in alignment with DART’s values and commitment to families.

Outside of work, Kate is a wife and mom to a very busy toddler, which has deepened her appreciation for balance, flexibility, and the need to have a strong specialized support team, especially in a people-first field such as behavioral health. She’s excited to work alongside team DART and become a positive resource for everyone involved.
